We use organic produce whenever possible. Peña Pachamama serves Oregon Country grass-fed beef, free of hormones and antibiotics, and use extra virgin olive, canola and raw-coconut oils only. The bar features wine, Bolivian and Peruvian beer, specialty cocktails such as the Mojitito, Caipariñja, Té con Té, and Calimocho- as well as a deceivingly fruity Sangria.
